I am Manuel Andreini, owner since 2017 of Centro Turbo S.r.l.
Centro Turbo is a company with over 30 years of activity and specialized in repair, regeneration and overhaul of a turbo throughout Italy. Our customers are workshops and small-medium companies in the sector that deal with repairs and customer service for engine problems of their cars, motorcycles, fireplace, tractors or boats.
In recent years I have made significant changes to the company, which have us allowed to grow a lot and differentiate ourselves from all other similar realities of our industry, since I have found a way to reduce costs and improve the of the production mode without lowering the quality.
In this way I managed to be much more competitive both as prices that as a time of realization and delivery.
We are able to give a specific and detailed advice that, not only leads to the identification and timely solution of the problem but, thanks to the in-depth analysis of our latest generation machinery, we are able to identify the cause to ensure that the malfunction never occurs again.
I was contacted by a workshop in Cesena that had a problem with one of its customers.
The latter brought him his car and they found a problem with the turbines and advised them to have them looked at by a specialized company.
The customer, to try to save money, wanted to make do by entrusting this repair to another company...
... who, however, even after two months no longer gave any news. So he asked the Cesena workshop for a hand, which contacted us to request these parts.
In short, they returned the turbines to him, all still dismantled! They then sent them to us who, in just 4 days, gave them all overhauled and ready to be reassembled.
We were contacted by a workshop in Bologna following a problem with a customer's car.
The private individual, owner of the car, had purchased the new turbine of a poor brand and not perfectly suitable for his type of car, despite it having been advised against him.

... she took care of the installation but, after a few days, the gentleman came back quite angry because the same problem had arisen again!
Thanks to our intervention, digging deeply, we understood that the problem was actually with the engine, not with the turbine! So even with the replacement it would always come back.
Having isolated and solved the engine problem, we delivered the car in perfect condition.
We were contacted by a workshop in Pesaro.
One of their customers had a problem with a hydraulic pump of one of his machines used for a specific process.
The customer in question wanted more power but low rpm, to contain excessive consumption ...
...but still achieve the performance he wanted.
In this case we have made specific modifications to the turbine in order to fully satisfy it.
We were contacted by a workshop that was looking for a solution to the turbo of a boat damaged due to wear and tear with spare parts no longer on the market. For the naval sector, an inevitable problem must be highlighted: the saltiness of the water ruins the turbines which are made, in part, of cast iron...
... Often spare parts, even from the parent company, are no longer produced after a certain number of years, and therefore can no longer be found for replacements.
We designed and built the right turbines from scratch, with all the connections, and installed them on the boat!
